My Little Guy is Getting BIG!

This is Karter during one of our activities for our Mommy and Me Weeks. This is him saying "cheese" for the picture.

We moved Karter into a Toddler bed 1 1/2 weeks ago. He did a great job with the transition and we haven't had too many times that he has gotten out of bed. Nights are great. Naps he has a little more difficult time. I end up sitting by the door for a little bit until he falls asleep. I'm hoping I won't have to do that much more.

We continue to put him on the toilet before he takes a bath at night. We have been doing this for a few months now. Recently he has started to get the idea of why we put him on the toilet. It's been great and we make a big deal about him going so it will start to happen more frequently.

He is such a little stud. He is talking more, but if you aren't around him much you won't have any idea what he says. Isn't that what happens with all kids for a little while though?


I watch my friends cute little boy once in a while and Karter is such a big brother to him when he is here. He loves playing with him, taking care of him, and showing him how some of his toys work.

He has been going to nursery for 2 months now and isn't doing too bad. He does cry for a few minutes when he first gets in there, but then he has a blast. The nursery workers that he has are awesome and so patient with crying children! We are blessed to have them in there right now.
